Saguaro: Cereus Giganteus
22" h x 17.5" w
$400
I have loved the Saguaro Forest of Arizona for decades. Upon studying these strange trees, I find them even more interesting. Designed for desert conditions, they adapt to rains by using their accordion folds to expand as they take on water. The evidence of its weathering is found in its marks.
